Our Concierge service is designed to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To ensure everything runs properly, please review the following:
All concierge requests must be submitted through our official request form. We require at least 72 hours’ notice for grocery and alcohol deliveries.
All services must be paid in full before any items are purchased or arranged. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
We coordinate deliveries with your property schedule to ensure everything is ready before your arrival whenever possible.
Alcohol orders require confirmation of legal drinking age. Valid ID may be required upon delivery in line with local regulations.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival may be eligible for a refund. Within 72 hours, refunds are not guaranteed as items may already be purchased.
If an item is unavailable, we may provide a similar replacement of equal value. We will contact you if no suitable alternative is available.
The concierge service handles all orders, payments, and deliveries. Property management teams are not responsible for concierge-related services.
